03Media management team just released this statement to clear the name of Mr Alex Ozone of any scam allegations and the current departure of Oritse Femi from his European tour without informing the tour organizers
Our attention has been brought to a vicious rumor that Mr. Alex Ozone of 03media scammed many artists for European tours. We want to state categorically that, there’s no iota of truth in this accusation and all other baseless accusations.
The story lacked substance as 1. There was no name of any artists that was allegedly scammed, 2. There were no facts to back up their scam claims.
We want to state that, on the current tour of Oritse Femi, he was paid about 7,000 Euros up front, though his management are denying knowledge of his upfront payment, he has only performed in only two shows from the 10 shows he signed with us. His request for more money and his disappearance and news of being in Nigeria is a rude shock to us and our European tour partners.
For the record, Oritse Femi was given the best treatment, got the best hotel in Europe just to ensure his comfort and his sudden disappearance has left us all in shock.
We dare anyone to come out with proof & evidence (if any) of how Mr. Alex Ozone of 03media has defrauded any artist or proof that he is wanted in Europe for any criminal offence.
Mr Alex Ozone has huge contact with notable Nigerian European promoters, has proven success track record as he has done successful tours with several Nigerian artists in the past. If need be we will release more details about Oritse Femi’s issue.
We hereby advice journalists to get convincing evidence before publishing potentially harmful news such as this.
